Port Call Management

The Port Call Management module coordinates all operations and events linked to ship calls.

• facilitates administrative procedures and economic management of the port domain:
  – reference system for lots and their occupancy,

Port Fees Engine

The Port Fees Engine module dematerializes the fee schedule and calculates port fees.

Features include:

• highly configurable calculation engine,
• autonomous parameterization of simple rules by the port authority,
• artificial intelligence and decision support to increase revenues from fees,
• use of a repository.

Billing

The Billing module lets you manage invoices, from editing to the collection process.

Features include:

• creation of all types of invoices from Port Fees Engine (port calls, goods, concessions, occupancy contracts, water and electricity meters, claims and access permits, etc.);
• invoice lifecycle management (pro forma, final invoice, credit note, payment);
• e-payment capability;
• generation of unitary event notifications on invoices;
• provision of a customer portal for tracking collections;
